Please be aware that you can initiate returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain in their original packaging and have not been worn. It's important to note that made-to-order items are non-refundable. In the case of rings, we offer complimentary resizing services for your convenience.

Members are entitled to one free full sized fragrance per membership. Fragrances may only be shipped within the USA or the UK. They may also be picked up in person in our London Shop or Houston Office.
