FAQs
Why Lark & Berry?
Lark and Berry was the first designer fine jewelry brand to exclusively use lab-grown diamonds and stones, disrupting the traditional diamond industry. With years of experience, we've perfected our craft, creating high-quality and sustainable pieces. Our lab-grown diamonds undergo rigorous testing and grading to ensure that each piece is of the highest quality. Not only are our lab-grown diamonds more fairly priced than mined diamonds, but they are also identical in every way, meaning they will last just as long. By choosing Lark and Berry, you can enjoy stunning and timeless pieces that last a lifetime without compromising on ethics or sustainability.
How does the Bespoke Process Work?
Lark & Berry offers a bespoke engagement ring service that allows customers to create a custom ring tailored to their unique preferences. The process begins with a consultation with one of the company's experienced designers to discuss design options and ideas. After selecting the diamond or gemstone, the designer creates a 2D design for the customer to review and make any desired changes. Once the 2D design is finalized, the designer creates a digital 3D CAD (computer-aided design) model of the ring, which the customer can view and approve before the final ring is crafted using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. The bespoke service provides a highly personalized and memorable experience for customers seeking a truly unique piece of jewelry.
Tell me more about Cultured / Lab-Created Diamonds.
Lab-created diamonds are genuine diamonds that are produced in a laboratory instead of being mined from the earth. They are made of pure carbon, the same material as mined diamonds, and have identical physical, chemical, and optical properties. Gemologists or other experts cannot tell them apart. Lab-created diamonds are just as hard and durable as mined diamonds, and they will last forever, making them an excellent choice for jewellery that will be worn every day. Furthermore, lab-grown diamonds are a more ethical and sustainable choice as they don't contribute to the negative environmental and social impacts associated with mined diamonds.
